Explaining the Returns and Refunds Policy

Alliance EasyRx understands that there may, on occasion, be times where you wish to refund or return an order that you have received from us. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for our customers as set out by our Refund Policy.

•    Explaining Any drug returned to us must be correctly disposed of within 30 days.

•    You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your treatment is dispatched.

•    Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract or get refund, by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts.

•    For the supply of goods clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

•    Please choose carefully. We don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty through no fault of your own, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to.

•    Items purchased at that are eligible for return and refund may also be returned by mail at [email protected], within 30 days of purchase. Due to legal restrictions, prescription medications ordered online can't be returned to Alliance EasyRx.

•    We do our best to ensure processing correct medicines as per order and prescription. However, if you received a damaged package or there is a discrepancy in your order, call our Customer Care Services immediately. We'll need your order number and the reason for your return. Shipping charges can't be refunded unless your merchandise arrived defective or damaged.

•    Call Customer Care at +1 (904)-323-1239 before returning items by mail. We'll work with you to ensure that both your return and credit refund are processed accurately.

•    In order to obtain a refund, exchange or repair, you must have clear proof of purchase - sales receipt. All Returns refunds will be provided back in the original tender. Debit cards and credit card refunds must be processed back into the original debit or credit card. Other payments too are refunded in its original form.

•    Once we have received your returned item we will issue a refund to the payment method which you have furnished to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show on your account.
