Understanding Our Comprehensive Replacement Policy for Your Peace of Mind

If something isn’t right, Alliance EasyRx is happy to process a replacement. We believe in secure E-Commerce and will provide a 30-day replacement guarantee for the products and services that are bought online. All replacement applications will be carefully considered and given at the discretion of Company Management. Please read through our policy below then follow the instructions.

•    If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased, you may contact us at [email protected] or contact our customer care at +1 (904)-323-1239 for return, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and items are returned within 6 (six) months of purchase, provided that the product has not expired within such time.

•    Some products available on our website are considered Dangerous Goods or include ingredients that are banned by International governments. Any products falling into these categories are non-returnable or non-replaceable.

•     Alliance EasyRx will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • Is significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
  • The product is unsafe, and
  • You can present your Alliance EasyRx register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

•     If you are posting the goods back to us, please use the box your original order arrived in. We are unable to process a replacement if any returned goods are damaged in transit.

•    Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in exchange or refund being refused.

•    The re-dispensing of a medicine which has been returned is prohibited. Alliance EasyRx will accordingly not accept the return of any medicine for credit or replacement unless there is a defect in the medicine or its packaging at the time of supply, or if an incorrect medicine has been dispensed. This applies to Vitamins as well due to the temperature requirements, unless a defect has been discovered upon opening.

•    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

•    No action or claim of whatever nature shall lie against Alliance EasyRx arising out of or in connection with any defects in, or unsuitability of, any Products.

•    Please use the correct return address, listed below, depending on the return type. We recommend using registered post as we do not take responsibility for lost, unregistered returns.Note that returns of ‘Special Orders’ will NOT be accepted. These include, but are not limited to: bulk quantities (considered greater than the average consumer quantities) and wholesaler purchases.
