Our aim is to get your order and ship it as soon as possible! Following is our Shipping and Order Policy:


We are delighted to have the capability to bring our quality patient care to patients outside our geographic locale. Please note that while we take special precautions to ensure your package arrives safely, we cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping. The Alliance Easy rx Store ships purchases via International postal services. All our shipment our discreet, with no brands or labels, just the company logo and terms of use.

Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but poor weather conditions or other uncontrollable events can cause delays. Please contact us if your order has not arrived by the end of the expected delivery day.

Delivery Time

We offer Free delivery in European Countries and USA on all orders over $199. Upon receiving the order, we take an estimated of 5-7 days for a Standard International delivery. Order confirmation happens for online payments once payment authorization and verification is obtained. For COD, order is confirmed once our customer service representative verifies your order and shipping address. For other Offline payments, order confirmation happens once the payment is cleared.

All orders require 3-4 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered, or communicated via e-mail. The same processing time applies to store pickup orders. We will inform you once the order is confirmed and when the items are shipped with an update on the approximate delivery time. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed. FedEx Ground shipping is standard on all orders. Expedited Shipping is also available, and the additional shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

Order Cancellation

There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the subtotal of the order or a $10 minimum for orders with a subtotal less than $100. Specific cancellations* will be accepted after an order has been shipped. *For further information, please read our Replacement and Refund Policy.
