Terms of Payment

• All our product prices include all applicable statutory taxes.
• The Seller may invoice the Buyer for the price of the goods on, or at any time after notifying the Buyer that the goods are ready for collection or dispatch. If the goods are to be delivered other than at the Seller’s premises, the Seller may invoice the Buyer for the price on, or at any time after delivery of the goods.
• Where a customer payment is subsequently rejected or returned for any reason, the customer will be responsible for providing prompt alternative means of payment. In the event of default, reasonable collection charges and/or solicitors' fees will be added to the customer's account.

Refund/Return Policy

• Due to national and provincial regulations, our drugs store is unable to accept prescription returns. We may be able to authorize a credit, so if there is an issue with a prescription order, please contact at Customer Care of Alliance EasyRx
• Breakages or errors must be reported by email within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Incorrect goods (excluding cold chain goods) must be returned unopened in the original packaging within 5 days of receipt of order. Breakages must be kept with the packaging and retained for inspection by the carriers.

Terminations

Violation of any of these terms and conditions, Alliance EasyRx reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this Site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Site.
